Do You guarantee your work?
Yes.  All work is guaranteed for 30 days.  Should there be an issue within that time frame we will come and make the needed changes at no cost to you

What are your rates?
All work is assessed on a case by case basis but will generally be $50 - $75 for common issues (spyware, performance testing etc.) Issues that require more in depth solutions (windows re-install, restore) will be assessed on an hourly need.  All work is guaranteed for 30 days, and all PC work includes general maintenance of hardware (dusting, cleaning etc.), general software maintenance, updates to virus scan files and windows scheduled updates.

Why so much work for so little pay?
We use primarily free open source software and utilities, which means less overhead cost for us to cover.  We also pride ourselves on being the best we can be in our field, this includes personalized solutions, house calls, guaranteed work and going the extra little bit to ensure that  your needs are met.
